The house is a renovated Victorian made into a 4-plex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large living room and a decent-sized kitchen. The room itself is the bigger of the two with beautiful bay windows and a mirrored closet.

Laundry is on-site as well as large community garden boxes. Utilities and internet are included in the $875.

I am a 27-year-old woman who works in marketing. I’m originally from the midwest and have been in Napa for a year now. I’m an introvert and like to keep to myself most of the time, but am in search of a house-mate who I can not only coexist with but also enjoy spending time with at times. I have a 5-year-old cat who is super chill and barely sheds. I enjoy spending time outside, practicing yoga, and trying out new restaurants and tasting rooms.
