There are lots of amenities at this apartment complex the apartment is located close to the pool jacuzzi fire pit racquetball court and leasing Center that’s available to be used as a business center. The complex is in walking distance of Stater Brothers grocery store Stell coffee shop you can walk to Downtown Redlands very close to University of Redlands as well as Loma Linda University.

This apartment will be shared with one other person, that would be me. I am very neat and organized I don’t use the kitchen much so it’s clean I’m working most of the time 7 days a week so I’m not home a lot. I am hoping to find a roommate who is equally clean and is respectful and just cleans up after themselves.
