Cozy room for rent in a centrally located area of Sparks, NV, The rent of $550 includes all utilities, wifi, reserved off street parking,washer/dryer in unit, shared bathroom, use of l/r and kitchen, pool in summer months.

I am the condo owner and resident., keep to myself, enjoy gardening, cooking, cheering youth sports, long walks and animals. My roommate is in his 30’s and a traveling crane operator. He also keeps to himself, works 6 days a week, is very respectful and a nice person.
