Western branch area finished garage , once was a daycare business own entrance parking near side door entrance , shared bathroom right next to door leading into room from hallway. Laundry room available, quite neighborhood dog walkers.

I’m a single dad divorced renting out a finished garage for extra income. I have my ex wife step dad renting g a room on other side of home who keeps to himself. I have 5 children in total and the oldest 2 live with me fulltime. I get my other 3 on the weekends.
