About the room
Live in a gorgeous Whitney Ranch apartment complex near everything, beautiful street with park in the middle, city recreation center with Olympic pool directly behind us, brand new stunning patio with large pool, hot tub, gated community. This large, two-bedroom apartment with a vaulted living room ceiling is very pretty, well furnished, nice atmosphere, cozy, pretty art on walls, you can add art if you like. Your bedroom has a super comfortable, like new (purchased recently) large twin bed, computer table and chair, comfortable, big, walk-in closet, storage room on balcony (not large). Pretty, well-cared for complex, respectful staff, excellent maintenance fixes or replaces everything immediately. Small (not eat in kitchen).
About the roomies
I am an older artist and writer from Massachusetts. I have lived here for seventeen years and love it. I work from home. I am also a telephone psychic advisor. I am home a lot, working on my computer or doing readings. I need a roommate who is friendly, sociable, with a good sense of humor, tidy (not OCD, lol, but neat and responsible), preferably a female over the age of forty, retired people are welcome. I am a non-smoker, have been in recovery from addictions. I like fashion, art, literature, films. I am a Democrat, also my preference for a roommate (Independents also welcome). I am sociable and friendly and very creative. If you are also creative, that would be great, but not necessary.
