This would be a month to month lease for you. This is a 2 bedroom apartment I live in with a shared bathroom. The living room has a dinner table, couch, and chairs. The bedroom available is unfurnished. I will split utilities and rent with you. My rent is 900 so you will owe 450 per month. The required utilities are electric and internet if you choose to use it. Your half would come to 50-100 probably, depending on how much you use heat and air conditioning.

I am a 26 year old male musician. I am a working professional looking for someone similar, with a steady job and income. This is a room for somebody looking to save money, not for somebody who can just barely pay rent. I do have a cat, so beware if you have allergies. As for cleanliness, I keep my stuff out of the common area to be courteous, therefore I would expect the same from a roommate. If you make a mess, you clean the mess. That in addition to being respectful and quiet during sleeping hours are most important to me.
