This 2nd floor apartment is situated in the middle of Everett, within a 2 minute walk to multiple convenience stores, pharmacies, and several bus stops. All of the surrounding bus stops lead you to MBTA stations such as Malden Center, Wellington, Wonderland, Sullivan, and Haymarket. Everett is a very commuter friendly city, and this apartment sits within a 5 mile radius of 12 other major Massachusetts cities. The room itself has a large sliding window, included Bureau and Mini-Fridge, and a small closet. Apartment has 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom. We have an in-unit Washer and Dryer, and a Dishwasher. We have a shed in the backyard, a large 2nd floor deck. Pictures of apartment included in listing.
About the roomies
3 of us live on this property. We’re all very clean people, usually pretty quiet, and we don’t make noise at night. Most of us tend to be out of the house around 6am-5pm. We have a cat, so if you’re planning on keeping things in your room that are either not cat safe or valuable and fragile, please keep your door shut. We’re super plant friendly, so if you have plants then we encourage you to bring them!
