Knowlton Parkway

My lease is coming up at Hunter’s Hollow but my roommate is buying a house and will not be renewing with me. I’m hoping to renew and stay where I am. You would be taking on the bigger bedroom with its own walk in closet and bathroom in the room, therefore paying about $100 more than me per month for the larger space. We can discuss if you’d like to switch and be the lower amount, i’m willing to work out any pricing really. All other areas are shared space. The rent may be slightly lower than that but they are jumping up the prices for renewals so it will have to be discussed regardless. Pets are allowed but there is a fee and I’m allergic to cats, so dogs only please. We are right across from a Market District and a Marc’s for food shopping. Being close to the South Park mall, there are also many places to eat and shop and not far from 71/Royalton Rd.

I’m very friendly, kind, love animals, super social. I work two jobs and am single, so I am pretty busy and not home a whole lot so you will have the place to yourself most days. I’m very easy to talk to and am a great roommate overall as I’m pretty tidy and will contribute to cleaning our common areas, even laundry. I love to cook when I do have the time.
