Hey everyone! I’m looking for 2 people to join my lease in October with a flexible move in date :) I’ve been in this apartment for 2 years and love the space and the location. It’s an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a gated complex - walking distance to the beach/bars/grocery stores. You would have your own room ( w the option of it coming furnished) and share a bathroom and a parking spot with 1 person. There is also lots of street parking. There’s a large furnished kitchen and living room. The apartment complex has two pools, hot tub, small gym and laundry on site. There are no pets allowed and no smoking.

I’m 22 and work a 9-5 :) I enjoy going out on the weekends and usually spend time with friends during the week. I would love to have roommates who are also in their early to late 20s; any gender is ok! The rent is $1305 a month plus utilities (around $70) and a $500 security deposit.
