The building typically renews leases annually in December and may implement a standard rent increase at that time. Any future rent increase would be shared proportionally between roommates

I’m a respectful, easygoing, and clean roommate who values a peaceful home environment. I enjoy having a comfortable and relaxed living space and am looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces and responsible. I live by the regular curfew rules. Noise to be at a minimum from 10pm until 8am. I am also reasonable if you do have friends over until 11:00pm occasionally or on the weekends. It does not bother me, but you must be respectful of our neighbors. Noise for the most part should be kept down from 10pm until 8am.

Seeking a roommate for an initial 6-month commitment, with the possibility of extending if it’s a good fit for both of us. Working professionals and others with stable income and a regular schedule are preferred.
