Rent is about $830 per month. June rent is already paid, and I am also offering a $430 credit toward July rent plus reimbursement of approved signing fees once the relet is completed.

The common area is furnished, and the bedroom includes a full-size bed, mattress, desk, and chair. High-speed internet is available, and most utilities are included.
