Bedroom has large king size bed in it now. It can be removed if you have your own. Down a private road in forested area. Quiet area. New spacious home, has disabled person“s ramp, and handicap bars inside home. Room is very big. Shared bathroom, flooring with rugs not carpet so more anti-allergic, dark out drapes, living room, dining room, kitchen, tenants can cook whatever, laundry room, surround sound, and WiFi. Yard still needs to be fixed up. Builder left yard and fence a mess. Fence and yard will be repaired. Fence has a security gate which will be added back so no admittance when closed. Rest of yard fenced. Rental agreement needs to be signed and agreed because some tenants are irresponsible and flaky. Landlord doesn’t want problems with ANY tenants. Requires 30days notice before moving out. Utilities vary by month but run about $80/mo electric per tenant. Water runs about $20/mo. per tenant. WiFi runs $30/mo per tenant. DISH available too. That runs $80/mo. per tenant.
Landlord on premises is Christian but does not preach religion. Prefer Roomie with stability who is honest, loyal, has integrity, good communication, clean, and personable. Landlord is friendly, quiet, and keeps to herself. She doesn’t dictate religion or politics and prefers peace and diplomacy. One female Roomie is also same way but in process of moving out with boyfriend. Prefer to have someone not looking to stay only temporarily while looking for love to move into another place with. Don’t want to run like a hotel. Cats and dogs if well behaved ok. Kids can visit but not live here.
