About the room
It is a great aprtment complex. Very updated and new. It was just built in January of this year. There are a lot of amenities on property. Full gym, spa pool, clubhouse, grilling stations, dog park/spa, and more. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Move in date can be discussed and changed if needed. I also have the apartment furnished just not the extra bedroom. So you would need to furnish your own room.
About the roomies
I just moved down for a new job. I am working as a chef in the area. I have 1 female dog which is a beagle. I am looking to explore the area some and just get settled in. Looking to have a roommate to help out with the cost of rent. Message me if you are interested. Thanks
