Private room with private bath (some infrequent guest use) in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment right next to the hospital. Rent is $900 + utilities. Please note, there is NOT a lot of storage room for toys/stuff. Could be ideal for travel nurse - walking distance to hospital. If you like to have people over often, this is probably not the right place :)

I will be 40 in July. I work at St. Charles, hybrid, Mon-Wed work from home and Thursday/Friday in office. Sometimes in office more when people are out. I just adopted a dog from a rescue, Pearl, and she is doing really well transitioning! She is however, a little weary of other males, and is much more comfortable around females. Also, most likely no other pets will be allowed, definitely no cats. I like to spend free time outdoors, but also prioritize resting and recharging. Let me know if you have any questions!
