About the room
Renting out a bright, spacious bedroom in a two storey townhouse in a quiet residential part of East Norwalk that is just 10 mins away from the Railway station. The room is upstairs and gets a ton of natural light, has two closets for plenty of storage, and comes with its own heating and air conditioning so you can keep it exactly how you like it. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a full bathroom, and downstairs you’ve got the kitchen, living room, and a separate washroom. There’s parking and laundry on site, so neither of those will be a hassle. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so it’s easy to unwind after work, and you’re still close to everything Norwalk has going on. Rent is $1400 a month and I’m looking to sign a new lease starting September 1st, 2026.
About the roomies
