About the room
Nice neighborhood. The neighbors are relaxed and there is easy access to stores nearby. Room is nice, unfurnished. Large balcony doors with access to one half of the small balcony. You’ll have to buy your own door lock.
About the roomies
The roommates are chill. This is an artist house there are 2 dubstep djs and a latin rapper. Save yourself the trouble if you don’t like edm/dubstep don’t apply. We practice regularly and loud. No drugs in the house. There is a dog (Australian shepard it barks a lot) (We are also not accepting more pets one of the roommates has pet allergies) if you have drugs in the house you’ll be asked to leave. We host gatherings and DJ practices regularly. Preferably looking for another DJ. House is currently 1 Female 2 Males with a house cleaner that comes biweekly. We keep the common areas clean. If you love dubstep and don’t mind loud noises feel free to apply. Agreement is month to month paid through Zelle. Rent is around $700-800 depending on utilities. Internet is included in utilities.
