Private furnished bedroom and bathroom available in a beautiful, quiet wooded community on the south end of the island — less than 3 miles to Coligny Beach (about a 10-minute bike ride).

The home is a 3-level townhouse: • First level: garage, and a gym room with Tonal workout system, that I will be installing next week, also a patio with grill. • Second level: kitchen, dining, and living area, plus a cozy outdoor patio overlooking a large pond with lots of wildlife • Third level: three bedrooms and two full baths.

Community includes two pools, tennis courts, and a peaceful, tucked-away setting. I may consider a small pet for the right fit.

A little about me — I’m a local professional and business owner (Skin Matters Skincare studio) currently balancing two jobs and going back to school. I keep a calm, respectful home environment. I enjoy being outdoors, Pilates, yoga, cooking, and beach time.
