This is an apartment complex. Gated/closes after 6pm. 2 br, each br has own private bath. Swimming pool. Weight room, mail room. coffee/reading room with printer. Nice 2 br appointment, currently no sofa, br for rent is empty w/no furn. Kitchen fully accessible with all appliances available. 65“ tv, radio/cd player/record player. Rant includes all utilities. Month to month at least at first, then possible more.

Everyone here seems to be really nice. So far no issues. I am easy going, and I love reading, playing guitar, cooking, watching tv, movies, eating out, working out, I am a Christian, and I am a guy. I have had several issues living with other guy roomates in the past, but have had several female roommates without any issues at all. We can meet in person at a public place to discuss things and to get hopefully a positive vibe from each other. Looking for a sweet drama-free classy lady to be a pleasant roommate. If you like to cook, “can” cook, that’s fine, but I am cook capable, so not looking for just a cook, but someone who can carry on a conversation and is pleasant to live with, and maybe enjoy hanging around with.
