The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total, with 3 rooms available! The house consists of a large kitchen, two common living rooms, nice backyard, ample street parking, two garage spaces available, storage room, and a standing freezer in garage.

The house will have basic furniture (at least couches, a TV, dining table, and some kitchen supplies). There will be room to bring common-area furniture, but it is not necessary. Bedrooms will be fully unfurnished. If we think you’ll be a good fit, we are happy to have you come tour the house.

Each of the available bedrooms will share a bathroom with one person and guests. The bedroom options are labeled 1, 2, and 3 along with the corresponding bathroom. Will update when rooms have been filled, but as of now they are unclaimed, with one tentatively taken. No dogs or cats are allowed. Year long lease with option to renew annually.

It is located just 1.5 miles (5 min drive) from NREL/NLR and 5.7 miles (13 min) from Mines. Grocery store, restaurants, a mall, and more are close by! We are also quite close to the mountains, specifically south table, making it a great spot if you like the outdoors.

Roommates currently consist of one female artist and one female engineer working professional. Looking people who are respectful, clean, and kind. We are laidback, quiet, and considerate.
