About the room
We have a spacious, private lower-level suite available in our beautiful tri level townhome in Elko New Market. You will have the entire lower level to yourself. The space includes a private bedroom with a good-sized closet, a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and your own living room. The suite is rented unfurnished so you can make it your own.
You will also get one dedicated parking spot in our heated garage. Upstairs on the main level, we share a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a shared laundry room.
We keep the shared spaces very clean and organized, and are looking for someone who values the same.
(Note: Because our two large dogs roam the shared main floor, we are not able to accommodate any additional pets at this time.)
About the roomies
Hi! We are a young professional couple looking for a great roommate to share our townhome. I work as the manager of an industrial terminal, and Audrey is currently in school studying dental hygiene. We share our home with our two absolute best friends: a 60-pound Black Lab(Bear) and a 120-pound Bernese Mountain Dog(Wilbur). They are incredibly friendly and are a huge part of our daily lives, so our new roommate absolutely must be a dog lover! During the week, we are both pretty busy with work and school. On the weekends, we keep things pretty relaxed. You can usually find me firing up the pellet grill to smoke some meats or make smash burgers, kicking back with some PC gaming, or us just hanging out around the house with the dogs. What we are looking for in a roommate: We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and financially responsible. Because we share the main kitchen and laundry, we’d love to find someone who is easygoing, communicates well, and naturally cleans up after themselves in the common areas. If you love big dogs, enjoy a relaxed home environment, and want a premium private space to yourself, we’d love to chat and see if it’s a good fit!
