Great room, recently remodeled. Brand new bed even. Upstairs room on the opposite side of the house from mine. Shared bathroom in between. Keep a neat tidy room and clean up after yourself. All utilities paid, house is furnished, one off street parking spot.

“Middle aged” guy, busy life, got my own stuff going on. I’m the owner and currently no other rooms rented. Also a puppy, still trying to train, soon to be a big dog. Not looking for more pets in the house. Room does not come with guest privileges. Large fully equipped kitchen

I’m accustomed to sharing my house as a limited nudity friendly home and seeking a roommate that also embraces that freedom. Nothing sexual please!! But if it’s not your preference it would be best to look elsewhere.
