This apartment location is ideal, as it is right on the 408 bus line of Rochester Public Transit, so it’s about a 12-15 minute bus ride to and from downtown. It’s also right across from Cascade Lake, which is perfect for runners, cyclists, and walkers. The apartment has a very nice outdoor pool and grilling space, a convenient gym, a fantastic community room, work-from-home spaces, a secure package room, and underground parking. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have loved it. I am a 28 year old female who works at Mayo Clinic. I work onsite 8 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday. I am quiet and enjoy keeping my space tidy and peaceful. My hobbies include singing, crafting, birding, doing puzzles, and swimming.
