Friendly neighbor of young family as well as retirees.

I live here alone w an occassional visits from a local friend. I work part time and am physically active. I cherish my lone time but am personable, kind and fair-minded. My home is well kept so I expect same from a roomate. Your persoanl space is yours and I do not enter once you move in.
