I am renting my master bedroom with own private bath, large walk-in closet, granite counter tops and vinyl flooring throughout the entire apartment. Utility is shared as well as common areas such as living room kitchen dining room and deck. There is also a fitness center onsite and other amenities. Apartment is located just minutes from shopping mall, Andrews Airforce Base Washing D.C and other major point of interest. The apartment will only be shared with me. I am only renting you the room with private bath and no other person or overnight sleepers or visitors for overnight stay is authorized.
