1st room- downstairs floor, largest room, private bathroom, accessible to the kitchen. $1,100 2nd- upstairs, mid-size, shared large bathroom with me. $1,000. I have 2 rooms opening up at a house in East Nashville available July 1st for a one-year lease. 3-bed, 2 full baths. It’s an excellent location and a quick walk to The Wash, Strega, the Switchyards Eastwood, etc. It’s a fairly large home with a front yard, covered front porch, small back porch, decently sized fenced-in backyard, and mudroom and unfinished basement for storage. Brand new nice stove, nice big washing machine/ dryer, and dishwasher included.

My roommates (a couple) are buying a house and moving out, so I’m looking for 2 to fill their spot. You will be able to move some things in early as my roommates are planning to be out at least by the last week of June. I’m pretty chill, open-minded, and respectful of noise levels and sharing space. I’m looking for someone who is down to contribute to cleaning and favors open communication. No pets unfortunately due to allergies. Ideally looking for other women in their late 20s- mid 30s but not a requirement I work nights so I’m out of the house most evenings and at home during the day for the most part. I love to read, go to live shows and new restaurants, do yoga, take walks, tend to my houseplants, and occasionally garden Landlord is pretty selective so they require a good rental history and 600+ credit score. $35 application fee, $2000 deposit we would split evenly, and we would have to meet an income requirement of 3x the rent collectively. The property management group is pretty responsive to any issues and will fix them quickly if needed.
