It’s two story house and over 3,100 sqft. in a gated community, 3 par 9 hole golf course (Free), exercise room in the club house. The furnished room is on the second floor, adjoining private bath and family room that has 48“ TV, WiFi. No cable. But local TV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video are included.
