3 blocks from the closest bars (Moonshine, The Dog), 3 blocks from the Bay, 4 blocks from the Beach. This is truly the best location if you want to experience PB to the fullest and become part of the PB community. Neighbors and would-be roommate are amazing. Only reason I’m leaving is because I have to cut down on my commute time to Encinitas every day.
About the roomies
Eddie will be the only other housemate - great guy, very smart, very friendly. He’s a bioengineering pHD student and he works at home or coffee shops. The neighbors are also amazing. Bottom line - you’ll be surrounded by great people!
