You’ll have your own private room and bathroom. Close to shopping, beaches, and freeway. Apartment complex amenities include pool, jacuzzi, and gym, but due to covid they are all closed. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It has a great kitchen with an island and gas stove. I tend to meal prep twice a week but you’ll have full access to kitchen. Unit has Nest to control the temperature. All utilities (electric, gas, water, trash) and even internet will be included. No couples, kids, or additional pets please. Sad that I’m needing to add this, but looking for someone who believes Covid is real and that black lives matter.

Hi, I’m Rochelle. I’m pretty quiet and chill, unless I’m watching basketball, than I can get a little worked up. I keep to myself and like to go in hikes. I work in education so I’m on summer vacation right now. I have 2 little dogs that are very friendly. No additional animals please. I’m definitely not a neat freak, but I’m no slob either.
