I am looking into bringing a roommate into my place in Porters Neck. Professional ,trustworthy to a fault, laid back, clean, no drugs, I have 2 Dacshunds, I am not home a lot of the time and sometimes for days. This is for approx 8 months. The house is fully furnished except for a dresser for the guest room. You are welcome to bring your own too. I also have half of the garage space for some storage. There is also a patio / outdoor movie area. Very small kickbacks are ok, no parties . Also. There is a pool. PM me if interested. $1000/mo for everything. All inclusive. Female only. At the end of the lease you may apply to take over the place after. I will most likely move after 8 months.
