Very spacious modern recently renovated apartment, large living room and dining room, great galley kitchen at your disposal, all cookware, dinnerware, cutlery for simple or gourmet meals, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and there is a small balcony with table and chairs. Property includes a gym, pool, community grill, outdoor fireplace, concierge trash pick-up, a private parking spot, central air conditioning, room is furnished now, but I can remove furniture. My current roommate is getting married to his fiance and is moving in with him. The complex requires a background check, and a service fee, if you have a dog the complex requires a $250 pet deposit. You must clean up after your self in the shared areas, including occasionally vacuuming and light mopping, no smoking in the apartment. My 7yo granddaughter visits occasionally and sometimes spends the night. Washer and dryer in the apartment.
