Affordable room at capital square apartments in East Savannah. Only a five minute drive to river street and historic savannah. All utilities, save power and internet, are included with the monthly rent. The apartment is three bedrooms, though one has been converted into an office. The complex has responsive property managers, and comes with a pool and a gym.

You would be living only with me. I am a SCAD alumni and an art nerd. I am a touch messy, but I am considerate of my roommates and neighbors. You’d get a lot of random facts about nature and star wars if you lived with me. There is a third bedroom which could be filled by another tenant, if we so chose, though the apartment is affordable for just two.
