Hello! Looking for a female roommate in my 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in the beautiful Laureate Park - Lake Nona, Orlando! It is a brand new community, a luxury townhome! You have access to the pool, gym, sand volleyball court, tennis courts A lot of trails for jogging and biking. It is a private room with a bathroom in the common areas, normally no additional guests in the house. I have an amazing office/hobby room space downstairs, a stunning Zen Courtyard with a water fountain and fire pit to enjoy! Upstairs I have a balcony with chairs to enjoy breakfast and during the afternoon the beautiful Sunset. The room, laundry, and kitchen are upstairs. Access to the Laureate Park Aquatic Center, Gym, free yoga and meditation classes, running club, ring monitoring system at the house, and parking available on the driveway or in front of the house. Additional cleaning fees apply for common areas and the bathroom upon agreement.

No roomies, only me and you,occasional visit for me, occasional visit allow with previous notice, as the same with parties.
