-Please bring your own bedding set and your own cooking/dining set (you will have your own storage space in the kitchen)

Utilities and cleaning:

• Each tenant must pay $120/month together with your rent
• Includes utilities (electricity, water, garbage/recycling, internet)
• Includes cleaners who will clean common areas (family room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms) once every two weeks
• Includes a gardener who will take care of landscaping

House rules:

• No party, no pet, no smoking, no overnight guests, no shoes inside the house
• Please make your own duty roster with your housemates for bringing out trash/compost/recycling carts weekly for collection on Wednesday
• Please respect your housemates and take good care of the house like your own
• Please keep the common area as clean and tidy as possible
• You are responsible for cleaning your own room
• All 5 rooms share the two bathrooms equally
• Driveway parking space use can be rotated among housemates
• This house is rented by the owner directly, and we prefer tenants who are responsible and can solve problems independently because we are sure that all of us are busy in our lives, and we hope that your stay is as easy and smooth for all of us. -We understand that there is a housing shortage in the bay area, and that is why we are renting our furnished and spacious house to 5 different individuals to live comfortably at a discounted price. We hope you can respect the house rules.

Application: Looking for longer term lease, 1 year to start with. All tenants must be credit and background checked. Be ready to submit your application and background check report ASAP as we will be making a quick decision. Deposit $3000 + 1st month rent will be required upon signing agreement for 1 year lease. Each tenant is required to get their own renter insurance.
