About Rent: $1000 per month and includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet); also included are common consumable items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Short lease just two months, June and July. There may be opportunity for the lease to be month to month after the initial lease ends. Security deposit is $900 and refundable at the end of the lease.
We, the homeowners, are professionals in our mid 30s. We are a gay couple, so this is a LGBT friendly home. We’re clean and keep our home pretty tidy. We like to have friends over for game nights, movies, and social time but we’re not partiers. The house is pretty quiet in general. Four people live in the house when both spare rooms are rented. Roommate 1 is a young professional and only in town for work a few nights a week. Roommate 2 would be you. We don’t smoke or vape, you must not either. We are all vaccinated and boosted, you must be too. There are pets in the home, 1 large dog that is very friendly. We are not considering roommates with dogs or cats, but will consider other small animals.
