We are currently looking for a third roommate to sublease our house in Ypsilanti, MI, from July 1st to September 30th, 2026. The room is an apartment-style living space in the basement, with a 1.5-bath, a large lounge, and a private room. The property has a fenced-in backyard, a garage, a washer and dryer, home internet, and up-to-date appliances. Shared spaces within the home include the upstairs living room, the upstairs bathroom, the washer-and-dryer space, the kitchen, the backyard, and the home office on the first level. Utilities are not included in the rent; they are to be split equally among all three roommates. Utilities include monthly wifi, bi-monthly water bill, and monthly DTE energy bill. The shared upstairs living spaces come fully furnished.

Aisha (22): Hi, my name is Aisha, and I’ll be one of your upstairs roommates. I’m currently a senior at Eastern Michigan University, finishing up a degree in social studies education. I’ve lived in Ypsilanti for four years, but I’m originally from Belleville. I’m a history nerd who loves nature, swimming, camping, festivals, and hanging out with friends. I look forward to meeting you. :)

Sydney (22): Hi, I’m Sydney. I’ll be your other upstairs roommate. I work at a daycare in Ann Arbor and am currently obtaining a professional certificate from Washtenaw Community College. I enjoy crocheting, Legos, roller skating, movies, and spending time with those I love, and I look forward to meeting you.

Izzy: Hi, my name is Izzy, I’m 14 years old (in human years), and I am the household cat. Even though I’m considered an old lady (72 in cat years), I still enjoy playing in my human’s backyard, using cat toys, and getting lots of pets and love from my owners. I’m a friendly cat who enjoys long naps on the couch and begging my owners to take me outside. I look forward to receiving your pets and cuddles.
