About the room
Bright, sunny, clean room with walk-in closet in shared apartment. The room has recently been painted (white) and it is spotlessly clean. It can easily fit a king sized bed with room for more furniture (small couch, dressers, etc.). There are two west-facing windows (great for plants!).
The bathroom is shared (there’s a tub), as is the well-stocked kitchen (a LOT of fun cookware!). There is a small common area with a table + chairs. If you have a lot of furniture that would go outside the room you’re renting, this may not be the place for you. That said, if you need furniture, I’ve got a lot and would be happy to leave some in the room (bookshelf, chair, lamps, etc.).
The building is a doorman building right on the park/botanic garden with an art deco lobby. It’s on the fourth floor, is very quiet (faces a courtyard, not the street), has high ceilings, new appliances (including a dishwasher), tile/granite in bathroom/kitchen. There is laundry in the building.
Ideally, I’d like someone to occupy the space with me until the end of July (the lease on the apartment is up on 07/31/2020). If you wanted to stay longer, you may have the option to take over the lease, but I will be moving out.
About the roomies
You would share the apartment with me–a single, professional, 39 yo woman.
I work a lot and am often not home in the evenings/at night. When I am home, I usually cook or read or go out to the park for a run (it’s across the street). I am a pretty quiet person who likes to socialize, but also to be chill when at home.
