My wife and I are looking for a roommate (male or female) to rent a room in our home. We live in a quiet part of East Vallejo in a neighborhood full of home owners. Everyone pretty much knows one another and keeps an eye out for each other. In addition, there is plenty of street parking. I’m a professional male in his early 50s that works with military veterans in Napa County and she is a government professional in her 40s who works from home. We are pretty quiet, down to earth people, not into drama, drinking, or smoking. Heavy drinkers, drunken & disrespectful behavior are not allowed. We also have a small friendly dog (Yorkie mix). He’s got a friendly personality, doesn’t shed and he’s not one to bark a lot like most small dogs. He has a small doggie door and potties outside. We are offering a furnished bedroom (full size mattress) dressers and closet space, internet, kitchen privileges, your own refrigerator, cable TV (in the living room) water, gas and electric included. The house is a 3-bedroom, one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. During the week, I’m usually up by 5:30 am, in the shower and out by 5:45 am. The bathroom and the shower are kept clean and the counter top/sink is not used for storage. The bathroom is very tidy. The other room in the house is used as an office and is not rented. First and last month rent is required along with a refundable deposit. If you are under a work contract, arrangements can be made.
