We’re looking for a new female roommate, mid-20s to early 30s, to join our beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath ocean-view apartment in Sunset Cliffs starting June 1st!
We’d love to find someone kind, respectful, clean, and who’ll love this place as much as we do! Landlord requirements: 700+ credit score, any pets need to be ESA, 12 month lease
Looking to fill a spot ASAP due to a last minute change - if interested, welcome to come over to the apartment this weekend to tour.

• Ocean views from every window in the apt and just one block from the cliffs
• Washer & dryer + dishwasher in-unit
• Tons of free street parking
• Living room + kitchen mostly furnished (old roommate will be taking a few items when she moves out–open to you moving in with some common space furniture depending on need)
• Safe neighborhood with the best sunsets/sunrises, delicious restaurants & a corner store close by
• Backyard sun deck with table for 4

• Rent: $1,564/month, utilities (~100)
• Security Deposit: $1300
• Plenty of room for a queen or king bed, desk, dresser + more
• Large closet

• Room is unfurnished
• Bathroom is right next to your bedroom & shared with one other roommate
