I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) for my 2 bed/2bath apartment in East Flatbush. Both bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment giving you tons of privacy accompanied with your own personal bathroom in the hallway. The bedroom can comfortably fit a queen bed and the apartment is completely renovated. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and wine fridge. Rent is 1250 and includes electricity and WIFI. The build has 24/7 security and a laundry room on every floor. It is located near Downstate and Kings County Hospital. Within walking distance of the 2/5 line and a 15 minute walk to prospect park. I am a full-time student. I am super laid- back, friendly and clean. I have a cat who mostly stays out the way unless he is following me around the house lol. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family whenever I am free.
