I have a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath Townhome located near Mesa Community College. Move in dates would be anytime in May, but you wouldn’t have to pay rent until June. Room is $725 + WiFi and electricity split between the 3 of us.

Women only please, we are also both Catholic so we need you to be respectful of that. House Rules: No drugs, no long term overnight guests, no smoking inside, no marijuana smoking inside or outside.

We already have a fully stocked kitchen and living space with couch and T.V.

I’m Cece! I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. I’d love a place where we can be friendly and comfortable around each other, while still respecting personal space.

I work full-time Monday–Friday, so I’m usually out most of the day and not super available during work hours. I’m definitely more of a night owl, so you’ll probably find me winding down later in the evening usually watching a show on the tv and a snack!

I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I’m not over-the-top about it, but I’m consistent about cleaning up after myself and keeping things tidy so everyone can enjoy the space.
