I am renting out an extra room in my apartment in Costa Mesa.

About Me: I am a 44-year-old male working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. My hobbies include outdoor workouts, skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing.

Ideal Candidate: I am looking for a professional with a stable job who needs a secure place to sleep and keep their belongings. I value privacy and a quiet home environment, so I am looking for someone who does not bring guests over and preferably spends their weekends elsewhere. Please note that this is a room rental rather than a shared apartment arrangement; you will need to provide your own kitchen utensils, plates, and personal supplies.

Location and Amenities: The apartment is in a prime location near Triangle Square, major grocery stores, and the 55 and 405 freeways. It is approximately a 15-minute drive from the beach. Amenities include:

• Two laundry centers
• Pool and jacuzzi
• Dishwashers
• BBQ areas
• Parking (first-come, first-served)

Rent Details: The total rent is $2,435. If all the requirements mentioned above are met, I am willing to subsidize the cost a little so that your portion gets a discouunt. Otherwise, the rent will be $1200.
