We are professional husband and wife with small dogs living in the property. Beautiful two-story home in a new community near 3 hospitals, 15 to 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Int’l Airport. A fully furnished upstairs mastbedroom with a king sized bed, a desk, a large dresser, mirrored cabinet jewelry armoire, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, WIFI and Cable included. Access to the general areas of the house such as the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. This location is close to Thai/Sushi and Caribbean restaurants, the beach is 7 miles away, and the nearest Tri-Rail station is 5.5mi Cypress Creek. Peaceful neighbors and a serenity lake to walk around.PLEASE NOTE UNEXPIRED GOVERNMENT I.D and Background check is required prior to move in. No overnight guests.
