New construction building. 3050 W. 11th St. Koreatown. Luxury Apartment. Very quiet. Easy to get in and out of. 2 parking spots. I’m renting out the master bedroom that includes its own bathroom. The unit has its own washer/dryer and dish washer too. The apartment is quite spacious to be honest. I’m renting out the master bedroom for $1,700.

신축 건물입니다. 매우 조용하고, 출입하기도 편합니다. 주차 자리 2개 있어요. 마스터 베드룸을 임대하려고 합니다. 전용 욕실이 붙어 있어요. 유닛 내에 세탁기/건조기와 식기세척기도 있습니다. 솔직히 아파트가 꽤 넓은 편이에요.

I live in the other bedroom. It has its own bathroom as well. We don’t have to share. I’m Korean. I work a lot and when I get home I’m usually pretty tired and just want to relax.

다른 침실에 제가 살고 있어요. 그 방에도 전용 욕실이 있습니다. 욕실을 공유할 필요는 전혀 없어요. 저는 한국인이에요. 일을 많이 하는 편이라 집에 오면 보통 많이 피곤해서 그냥 편하게 쉬고 싶어하는 타입입니다
