Does not have a private entrance, but you do not walk far into the first floor of the home. Decent size standard closet. The bedroom is fully furnished (as pictured) with a Full sized bed (barely used mattress as it was our guest room, end tables, dresser and a desk and chairs. You may remove and use your own furniture if preferred. Parking on the street directly in front of the home. Large kitchen and W/D use are also included. We have a Jacuzzi and a gas BBQ in the backyard that you are free to use as well! High speed internet and cable included. The house is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood near park, schools and grocery store.

SINGLE ROOMMATE ONLY, Gay Friendly, none of the rooms are for 2 people. I work a lot and my boyfriend works til around 5:00pm….older son (29) also living at home temporarily. We are easy going if you take care of your stuff! I have a biweekly housekeeper to reduce the cleaning, but she will not clean your room/bathroom unless you add that space on. Fee would be nominal if you wanted – but not required.
