The location is a prime spot in the Southwest area, off Rainbow in between the 215 and Blue Diamond. The house is near so many restaurants, IKEA, shopping centers, coffee and tea shops, the library, schools, and the freeway.

We are a VACCINATED family of 3 adults: myself (owner of house), my teenage daughter, and my partner. We have 2 friendly dogs (6 yo French Bulldog & 1 yo German Shepherd). We are respectable, easy-going, friendly, and very clean. We’re sociable and enjoy conversations, but respect your space and privacy, as we would like the same.

We work remotely so we will be home during the day in our own room/area. We don’t party, drink, or smoke. We’re normally in bed by 9 or 10pm. On our days off, we’re either at the gym, cleaning, watching movies, or doing something productive. We enjoy cooking food, the outdoors, and keeping the mind stimulated. All positive vibes in this house!

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectable, friendly, laid back, and likes dogs (especially a large GSD). I believe compatibility is important since we will be all living together. If interested, I’d like to have a meet and greet or even video call to get to know one another.
