About the room
We have one room for rent. We are a family looking for a female renter. We live in a safe and a very quiet neighborhood in University Place. We are close to TCC, you can bike or take one bus (route #53, 13 minutes), Chambers Bay park, University Place Library, Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods. Shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom; a baby grand piano.
