From our door step, walking trails and community parks 5 min drive: Kroc Center and Ramsey outdoor sports complex and playgrounds, CdA golf course. 10 minute drive: Downtown CDA and NIC, Spokane River dike walk, bike and picnic, Farmers Market on Wednesday evenings. and Independence Point Popular Summer and Winter events Tubbs Hill: nature trails, explore beautiful little coves and community parks on east and west side and a delightful lakeside outdoor seating restaurant, The Buoy: enjoy great food and drink and summertime live entertainment.

About Me & The Vibe: I am a 71 years young health professional. My husband, 74 is retired, restaurant owner former professional baseball player mostly at home, avid challenging crossword puzzles player, history and the classics books and music including classic rock buff and of course a serious sports fan. He goes to the gym 3× per week plays golf at least once or twice a week. Right now however he’s recently had some health issues and has been layin’ low for about 3 weeks. Not a happy camper. Kinda lonely when I’m gone for the day so a person interested in at least some of the things he’s interested in and enjoys talking about them would be a real plus. We have two pets, a sweet, mellow 10 year old kitty, her name is Sugar and a super cute Chiweenie, named ChaChewy, he’s a bit rambunctious, loves to go for walks and hikes. At home he loves play ball in back yard. In home most anytime he’ll be up for playing restle and retreaving stuffed toys but also loves to just snuggle and sleep for long periods of time on our laps or sleeping with us at night.

We do like to keep a fairly tidy, quiet, and as drama-free of a home as possible.

What I’m Looking For: I’m looking for a respectful, employed, and reliable roommate who pays rent on time. You should be clean, pick up after yourself in shared spaces, and communicate well. A few basic shared household tidy-ups here and there, gardening welcome and small projects would be most appreciated but not expected.

Pets: I am obviously pet-friendly, but would prefer no additional pets but may consider. Smoking: Outside smoking okay.
