• Has a large and a small closet
• Has 2 6-ft tall south-facing windows

The apartment:

• 1st floor walk-up

• Has 2 bedroom + 1.5 bath total

• Has access to a private patio and the building rooftop

• Apartment is mostly furnished except for the room (so if you have living room furniture you need to move in, we can discuss)

• Bodegas and markets available 1 block in every direction

• Laundromat 1 block away; dry cleaning across the street

• Trains: C (Lafayette Ave - on the same block) G (Fulton Street - 1 block away) 2 / 3, 4 / 5, B / D, N / Q / R (Atlantic Ave Barclays Center - 5 minutes)

• Parks: Fort Greene Park - 1 block away Prospect Park - 1 mile away

Architect on weekdays and trip guide for Sourced Adventures on the weekends. I enjoy urban and natural adventures (often a good excuse to travel). I’m the girl you ask to go to obscure things no one wants to check out with you. Always down to try new things.

I love food and wine. I cook and bake on occasion; will often try out a new recipe for the first time… for an event… the day of. I enjoy hosting my friends, especially on warm nights out on the patio. Sometimes they’re chill (like yoga on the patio)… sometimes they’re a little more exciting… (see photos for reference).

But just as I can party like the best of them, I’m clean and courteous. So I’m looking for someone who is similar – someone who’s fun and who I can hang out with (we don’t have to be best friends) but is considerate of shared space.
