The house is fronted by a spacious front porch which is a great spot for relaxing, gathering, and studying. Around back a small, private screened-in porch offers a quieter place to sit and read and relax . This house is only a 6-block walk to the southeast edge of campus and is also within easy walking distance of downtown Bloomington, Bryan Park, World Market, Two Sticks Bakery, the B-Line Trail, and nearby grocery stores. A washer and dryer and utility sink are also provided in the basement laundry area. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms: 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the second floor and one bedroom with its own bathroom is on the first floor. The third full bathroom is on the first floor and doubles as a guest bathroom. NOTE: the lease runs from 8/1/2026 - 7/31/2027 but can be modified for earlier move outs. Also, an earlier move-in date may be possible depending on the schedules of the outgoing tenants. RENT IS $750/ bedroom plus a contribution for utilities each month … typically $50-$75.
