Live close to the beach in a spacious, clean, and well-kept 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment has large windows, great natural light, a furnished living room, a shared bathroom, and a small outdoor balcony area. The available bedroom is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like.
The location is close to shops, restaurants, a weekly farmers market, and the beach, with easy access to Downtown and La Jolla, both about 15 minutes away. The apartment is in a quiet area and includes parking.
About the roomies
I’m an IT professional and work mostly from the office. Outside of work, I’m active and enjoy the outdoors, archery, rock climbing, and diving. I keep the home clean, organized, and well maintained, and I’m looking for a roommate who values the same.
This is a quiet, respectful home — not a party house. I do have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with one.
